How do we keep our prices low?
Low prices are a result of low overheads and not carrying credit for customers. You can buy the part you need right here on our web site; we don't have salespeople or ordertakers to pay. If you have have questions or enquiries, please contact us by e-mail or use our contact form. We will call you if there are any questions or problems concerning your order. You can also e-mail us pictures or fax us any drawings. We offer telephone contact to resolve part correctness issues and resolve any problems with your order. If you can't find the part you need on here, then we don't carry it - we do not take special orders. If you are hunting for a special hard to find part there are several good resources on the internet to help you (check the link at the bottom left).

Shipping, Warranty and Returns
Most parts are shipped same or next business day by your preferred method - Canada Post, USPS, Fedex, Purolator, Canpar, UPS or Truck Freight.
Our parts are warranted to be free from defects for 90 days. All returns must be in original packaging with all hardware, instruction sheets, gaskets, etc. If the part was not installed then your credit will be within 48 hours. If you did install the part then it is subject to inspection by us or the manufacturer prior to credit being issued. Did you order the wrong part or don't need it anymore? We'll be happy to refund you the full price less the actual shipping cost - no restocking fee.
